REETH COMMUNITY ORCHARD

Bee friendly !

The wild flower meadow is flourishing, hopefully forming part of a green corridor to support local wildlife. Geranium pratense ( Meadow Cranesbill) is now added to the red clover, buttercups and ox-eye daisies. Purple vetch climbs through it all, with yellow rattle ( bottom right) happily establishing itself .

Salvia Royal Bumble by the gate, - the bee hopped it!

Top: the bees just love cirsium rivulare (plume thistle) and cranesbill geraniums.
