REETH COMMUNITY ORCHARD

Come into the Garden...

Featured area: The Woodland Border

Probably seen at its best in the spring, the Woodland Border contains some of our native wild flowers, with swathes of snowdrops and daffodils swiftly followed by bluebells, primroses, honesty, delicate yellow poppies and flowering currant.

In the summer of 2014 a sculpture commemorating the Grand Depart of the Tour de France was added to the border.

Pulmonaria in the attractive red and blue flowered strain original to the Orchard, and the rarer Sissinghurst White.
